FAQ Regarding Online Credit Card Payments |
Currently, online payments are entered by domain name. Credit card types accepted are Mastercard and Visa. For American Express and Diners Club payments, you will need to complete the form from http://www.coza.net.za/banking.shtml which must be faxed to us on +27 11 314 0088 or 080 314 0088. |

On the first page you will be presented with a block requesting the domain name. Please enter the domain name in this block. If you are paying for more than one domain name, enter them one by one. The names will be listed with the total amount payable. If there is no amount due or if the name does not exist, you will be so informed. |
Once you are satisfied with the list domain names entered, you can enter an email address to which payment confirmation will be sent. Use the block named "Main Invoice Email" to change this address. When all this information has been entered, you can proceed with the payment. |

Below this information is a section for your credit card details. Please complete this information accurately. After all the credit card details have been completed, click on Authorise. Authorisation takes a few seconds. The next screen will let you know whether the payment was successful or not. If successful the domain name/s will be updated immediately. If you get an error message, please do not process the payment again. We will contact you shortly afterwards to let you know whether the transaction was successful or whether it has to be done again. |
Please print out the Status page as this has a reference number which needs to be quoted when you have an enquiry regarding the payment. |
